This product is a manual revolving spring design. When using the product, it is recommended not to put a small amount in first, pull it fast a few times beofre adding more ingredients. Repeat this several times. During the pull, do not pull all the way as this willexceed the limit of the spring and hence damage the spring. The rotating blade can be removed for cleaning. Wash and dry after every use.
